Made by P.P. Payne & Sons in Nottingham in the early 1900's and coupled with a later dated paper ribbon advertising reel for "I. M, Jeffreys, Sunbeams House, Bowness-on-Windermere. Scotch Homespuns & Wools. Babywear & Hosiery." P&P (UK) condition is good, please see images.
